Details of Express Despatch Service




 


Express Service Orders are subject to stock availability and express service surcharges.


3 day express despatch is defined as:

Goods are despatched from our printers on the 3rd day following receipt of artwork and order, assuming the following:

Order and artwork must be signed off at our printers no later than 12 o'clock on the day following receipt of order and artwork.

For example:
Orders received on a Monday, signed off by mid-day Tuesday will have goods despatched on the Thursday evening.
Any amendments after the 12 o'clock cut off will put back despatch by an extra day.

Any express order must be clearly stated EXPRESS URGENT in the subject box of any email as well as clearly stated on all artwork and orders. Express orders are subject to maximum quantities and print limitations, please call for details.


 



5 day express despatch is defined as:

Goods are despatched from our printers on the 5th day following receipt of artwork and order, assuming the following:

Order and artwork must be signed off at our printers no later than 12 o'clock on the day following receipt of order and artwork.

For example:
